This is our sweet boy Logan!  He is a 4 year old German Shepherd mix that we saved from animal control last year.   Dogs pulled from animal control often haven’t had the best care and may have special physical or emotional needs.  Logan is a healthy, beautiful and energetic boy, but he has some anxiety issues as many shepherds do.    We have had him in extensive training and, with the help of some anxiety medication, he has become a wonderful dog!  He just needed a bit of help.

Logan is with one of our volunteers that boards and socializes the dogs, and he is doing great!   He lives with the rest of the pack and LOVES his ball!  He loves to snuggle and get belly rubs, and if you sit down, you may find a big boy in your lap!

Logan needs a home with someone that will help him build his confidence and eventually wean him off his medication.   He just needs to know he is safe and someplace where he can stay forever.  It has to be a home with no small kids, however.   It seems to build anxiety.  Being an only dog would help also.
